应用内包含极光推送等合作的第三方，在需要使用到诸如定位、消息推送。我们会依据引言中所提及的相关法律法规，遵循正当、合法、必要的原则，出于本政策所述的以下目的，收集和使用您在使用本平台过程中主动提供的、因您使用本平台而产生的以及我们从第三方获取的您和/或您的终端用户的个人信息。

6.5 如双方就本协议内容或其执行发生任何争议，双方应尽力友好协商解决；协商不成时，任何一方均可向深圳市南山区人民法院提起诉讼。
7 附则 名词解释
（1）匿名标示符
